Rudy brings a wealth of experience to his leadership roles, having served for seven years as District Director for former Congressman Devin Nunes. He has worked on numerous critical policy issues, including public safety, water resiliency, housing, and transportation. Currently, Rudy serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for TCAG, an organization that delivers transportation projects throughout Tulare County and across the San Joaquin Valley.
lRecently, Rudy was appointed to the Board of Directors of the California League of Cities, a statewide organization of elected officials focused on statewide policy. In this role, he actively works to shape policy and influence both State and Federal legislators.
A proud supporter of law enforcement, Rudy is a graduate of the FBI's Citizen Academy and has previously been endorsed by local law enforcement agencies, including the Tulare County Deputy Sheriff's Association.
For more than three decades, Rudy has been an active force in his local community as a public servant, community advocate, youth athletics coach, and entrepreneur. Beyond his mayoral duties, he contributes to the region by serving on numerous boards and committees, striving to enhance the quality of life across the San Joaquin Valley.
